Most items ship within 2-3 business days of purchase from our Arizona shop. Saddle pads and other oversized items cannot be sent to a PO Box, so please use a street address for those.

What is your return window?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in new condition, and every return is inspected.

Who pays return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
